Fifth Street Bank Closure, Withdrawal of FDIC Insurance

To our valued customers, vendors, friends and the community:

When we launched Fifth Street Bank, we made a commitment to provide high yields to our customers. Given the unsettled nature of today's economic climate, our investment options have become severely limited, preventing us from delivering on our promise to you our valued customers and the community at large. Rather than take any undue risk with the funds entrusted to us, we determined - although it was a difficult yet prudent business decision - that it would be better to close the bank.

The shareholders, directors and employees wish to thank our customers and vendors for their business over the past year and sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.

The last regular business day for the Bank is June 12, 2008. All customers and vendors have been provided 2008 IRS Tax Reporting Statements. Should you have additional questions, please direct all future correspondence or inquires to the Agent for the Bank.
